Everything went very smoothly with the rental. The minibus was virtually new and functioned perfectly.

We are always treated well, and the agents are very accommodating for after hours pick up and drop off.

Vehicle was returned 2 hours early, clean, gas full. I was penalized $35 - early return. Not a ton of money, but surprising customer service.

Picked up at the airport. The mini-bus hired was great - no problems with it all week. Easy return process on Saturday evening.

The only complaints I have are: -Renting the vehicle itself is really expensive. -The floor in the cab/trunk was quite slippery on the plastic bits (I supposed because it had just been detailed) - One of the tail-lights burnt out mid reservation, so that wasn’t ideal.
