Headlight was burnt out and issue with ignition key
Good quality vehicle but rental rate was very high.
I was given faulty airbag vehicle. Also tire pressure was low. Driving within few minutes there was two indications for this faulty airbag and low tire pressure. Despite of having baby and children’s in the vehicle, we should have expected good vehicle I have the photo of this notification showing in display.
It was a fantastic experience. Leading a team and having an opportunity to rent a big vehicle is hard sometimes, but with Maxx it was a piece of cake. Competitive prices, great website, no hidden fees (which I really hate) and a very simple check in process.
The vehicle is not so clean
Sandra Lamb's vehicle windshield was leaking - this was very inconvenient for a very rainy weekend of travel.
Matt Krueger's vehicle radio bluetooth was broken.
This was a great option for taking a group down to Washington state for a few days.
Friendly staff, very attentive and professional
Getting to the rental was difficult. No shuttle service. Should consider providing some kind of shuttle pickup to/from airport.
Rental pickup and drop off was very easy, the vehicle was in good condition and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again
