This was such an awesome deal!! Everyone was wonderful... The online registration was simple!!! Great place!!!
We requested a rear entry van, and received a side entry van. The van had multiple technology issues, which we were forced to deal with when we arrived at the airport (11:00 pm). The issues with the van continued throughout our entire trip. Upon arrival at the airport, the van was left for us two parking garages away. This is not at all conducive when traveling with a handicapped child, not to mention having to pay more than double the amount of a regular rental vehicle.
IT was different than what I was used to., but everything turned out well. Did not have any problems. We rented a mini van and we own one at home so we were used to it. I needed as wheel chair and the worked out great for hauling and using. The car rental place was not real knowledgeable, but the supervisor had the information. We had two adults, five children and luggage and it all fit.
Wonderful experience.
We were picked up 2 hours late and had to entirely change our plans for our trip to Disney World not being able to visit one of the parks we originally intended to on that day. Not pleased with our experience, hoping to be refunded some money.
Van was not the model I choose, even after I called and confirmed, they told me the van was a side entry, which it was not.
Great staff and reasonable rental price.
Everything was fine, a company I would deal with again should the need arise.
Clean nice 15 passenger van. Good on gas, everything worked on van. Will rent from them again.
What a disaster. Who wants to wait for a shuttle to some remote parking lot at 4 am for a flight out, late driver almost missed boarding and nobody seemed to give a crap that you’re sitting in some strange place in a wheelchair and when they finally arrive to pick u up they act annoyed and basically make u feel like a paying inconvenience. F this joke of a company
