This is the first time renting a wheelchair accessible van and although it was what we needed it would have been better if it had been newer..

The vehicle was fine for what we needed, the pickup situation was a smooth as could be though may have been better to grab from an actual pickup counter or 3rd party counter instead of leaving an unlocked vehicle parked in a surface lot for a few days.
Vehicle was as described and price was great. Only downsides were the electronic locks were broken so had to manually unlock each door every time, also the AC only worked on 1 speed setting & pieces of plastic were breaking off the seat covers

The only thing that went wrong with this rental is that they didn't send us the location of the van at the Ft Lauderdale airport and it was 5 am. I called the rental place and no one answered. Fortunately Michael, who was on call, saw he missed a call and called right back even at 5 am. He was able to track down the van and answered my numerous questions with patience. He is a jewel!
