Had a slight hiccup during our vacation and they made sure to correct it. Customer service is outstanding.
Requested a side entry ramped van. Rental agreement stated the van would seat 5 able bodied individuals. We were a group of 5 with one in wheelchair and one in a car seat. Arrived to find a side entry with the passenger seat removed to which the agency responded that 5 would fit. Insisted and got another van. This van had a MANUAL RAMP!! The agency stated that they had no other vehicles and that there would not be any change in price.
The rear passenger door was not closing!

Overall exemplary customer service and spotless vehicle. Check steering in this one. Seemed a bit loose.
The directions for pick up were a little unclear and the number to text for a pickup was not in the paper work — when you call for a shuttle the number to text was extremely long and spoken too fast
Florida Van Rentals was very courteous and extremely worth the money. We had an exceptional experience with them.
The only complaint was that we had to walk a very long way to get the van. It was parked on long term parking. After a 2 hour flight with 3 babies this is the last thing I wanted to do.
Close to airport and very easy to navigate pick up and drop off
Need more space between the 2 back seats to fit wheelchair better.
