The vehicle we received so disappointing-especially for the Over $600 price. It was an older model (2012), many aftermarket items in it, dashboard was cracked, Windows scratched, rusted exposed parts inside vehicle, a/c on its last leg, alignment was awful, the brake pedal squeaks, Console was separated from dashboard, power windows didn’t work. ordered 2 car seats, they weren’t there. While Michael was very nice, we had to drive to Walmart and buy our own car seats-waiting to be reimbursed
This agency was easy to work with, though my schedule kept changing. They allowed me to extend the rental, then drop off at another location.
Forgot to remove the front seat
Michael was great at communicating with me about the type of vehicle, time of delivery to Tampa Airport and my ability to extend the rental another 2 weeks! This was a great experience in a time of need for a van that is wheelchair accessible. They also had the best price!

Rented a Mercedes Sprinter Passenger Van and it was ok. I had rented similar van in Nashville from AVR two years ago and the seats were much better with a larger cargo area separated by a hard partition. I expected the same vehicle and was disappointed that it was more like a Ford or Chevy Van that I can rent from Enterprise for half the price. At the end of the day I will ask more questions before I rent again. As a group we rent vehicles like this two or three times a year for golf trips.
