I rented a 11 passenger van. The van was not in good condition. The power outlets did not work; the passenger door key entry didn't work either. There was no key remote either. This was not what I expected.

The vehicle served its purpose; however, it was expecting a newer, more modern vehicle. The one we received was old and made noises when we drove it. Your price did beat the other companies we looked at online. We would have preferred to have a local presence in themTampa Bay Area. We may rent from your company again, but I'm not sure at this point.

The drivers seat rocked back and forth like a rocking chair and the driver's side rear door would not open. The valet at the Hyatt did not know anything about the van, he handed me the keys and put out his hand for a tip, did not speak English very well then turned and left before I started the van. Highly unlikely I would ever rent from your company again as this is my second unsatisfactory experience with it.

The van we requested was not available and i found out when i went to get the van. I called to complain and was told that the van i requested was not available and thats all they can do. I asked for a some kind of a discount rate since i did not get what i reserved and i was told i would get a call back this was 10 days ago and i have not received a call. Then we found out that the rear passenger side seat would not lock in to place,chair moved when i hit the brake. I will not use this agency .

The vehicle that I received was filthy and I didn't even feel comfortable sitting me nor my children in it. Also, the doors didn't work properly and it squeaked so bad i thought it was going to fall apart everytime I hit a bump. I feel like I received a vehicle that's unsafe to transport my disabled daughter or any other disabled person in.

While the booking process was pretty seamless. Eventhough the amount of information requested was excessive and the process was tedious. The pickup experience with Park Bark was less than satisfactory, since it was difficult to figure out how to get a ride. (Had to make multiple calls after googling their information). But the worst was the condition of the Van. The Van was leaking from the root. The doors would not open from the inside. The doors were cracked. The Van was bad.
