Great company to work with
The van was great! It was perfect for what we needed. The only issue we had was the auto locks did not work and we had to do it manually EVERYTIME. One of us had to climb to back to lock and unlock each time.
Van was exactly as requested. Great and friendly service
Vehicle was a wheel chair van. It was not the most luxurious vehicle I ever rented but it did the job and it was extremely easy to get my Dad in and out of the van on his wheel chair. It was pretty noisy on the highway but like I said, it served its purpose well. I didn't meet anyone in person (they left the van for me in a parking lot and I dropped it off at the same place) but all communication with them was prompt and courteous.

We had to change plans and was inconvenient to change to a vehicle that was requested. The entry into the van was most important and was changed on us. We would have to rent again because handicap vehicles are hard to come by.

Van rental was perfect for our group of 12.
Only thing I did not like was having to find the actual rental at the parking facility. Didn’t have a stall number so I had to go out and find it in a 100+ car lot. Overall van drove smooth, no complaints.
