Great to be able to just pick up the vehicle in the parking lot ¬ have to go to a desk to check-in/pick up. I did not get the text that the vehicle was dropped off until after 5:30pm, so I was nervous about when I would get it as we were arriving late Friday night even though the paperwork did say that I would get a text an hour or so before the vehicle was dropped &I was concerned that if somehow I didn't get it that I would not be able to contact anyone since you close at 5:30 pm.
The text we received about how to contact the shuttle service was wrong. The number prompts were wrong. We ended up having to call the number multiple times & try all 6 options. When we found the right one, I waited on hold for 20 minutes to speak to a rep. We requested a wheechair accessible shuttle as instructed in the text. Over course of an hour & 2 more phone calls 2 non-accessible shuttles were sent. Finally, an accessible one arrived I have much more to say, but am not given space here.
The van is always ready and the staff is always willing to help in anyway possible. Pleasure doing business with this agency.

The passenger rear door where the ramp deployed did not function properly. It usually took 2-3 attempts each time before getting the ramp to deploy. The rear driver side sliding door had issues as well. The plastic pieces that cover the inner track line on the bottom was completely broke in pieces. The passenger rear door was open about an inch and would not fully close on its own without one of us manually closing it. All was reported to Florida Van Rental, no other van provided to rectify.
The van leaked water inside the passenger side from the roof and it rained the whole time we were there so we were getting wet the whole time

my flight arrived earlier, asked for an early pick up and didnt get it. pick up was at 10 am waited on the parking lot till 10:30 because the van wasnt ready. on the contract says I was getting a transit instead they gave me a chevrolet van, the door handles were broken, a/c buttons missing and couldnt control the temp. the car seat they gave me was super dirty filled with sticky candy and not placed. The guy giving me the direcctions by phone on how to look for the van was rude.
Overall, it was a good experience. I wish the rental company had a spare key. There was a mistake on our part and we had to have a key made. I would have preferred to just pay a small fine for a spare key to be delivered to us rather than pay a locksmith. That was odd the rental company didn’t have any other key to the van.
Instructions on how to get to the rental was confusing but other than that an overall good experience.
