I will never rent from this agency again, we were lied to on multiple accounts, over charged and other than the amazing driver of the shuttle every staff member was rude and would cut you off when talking!
Gentleman picking us up at airport was great with my daughter in her wheelchair and very knowledgeable of her needs to secure and make her comfortable. Van was just perfect. Made the whole trip worth while. Can't thank Flordia Van Rentals enough!! Rental charges were way better than expected and no extra insurance fees, even better.🌞🤸🤸

Great service! Shuttle from and back to the airport was very quick! Van was in perfect condition. Very clean and spacious! Would definitely rent from them again!
We rented a Jeep from Florida Van Rentals. Very unhappy with this vehicle and the shape it was in. There were obvious signs that the vehicle had been in a bad wreck before. The hood, dash, doors and soft top cover were replaced and not fitting correctly. The front end was really shakey, shocks were bad, brakes were spongy, traction control and 4wd didnt work. To top it off the soft top did not fit correctly and when it rained the interior got so wet there were puddles of water in the floor.
They were great!
Customer service was great!!!! The van in high speed would have air coming from the driver door and it was annoying, I will give them a try again though
