Mike is the best
need to upgrade to a few newer vans
It was great that we were able to pick up the van in the parking lot and not have to go to a counter since our flight arrived so late. And it was nice to just be able to drop it off, so we didn't have to spend time doing any paperwork or waiting in line to return it.
Overall it was a good experience. This is my 2nd time renting and most likely will use again
Only thing was that the vans that have rear wheelchair entry are noisy (loud rattle)when driving. Seems like something is not with the mechanisms should be inspected for noise isolation.
We have rented with Florida van Reynolds three times and every time has been exactly like it should be or better

The guys at Florida Van Rentals were absolutely great. They were very helpful and even contacted me to make sure I was getting exactly what we needed. In fact, Mike called and saved me over $200 from what I thought I needed and would be paying. I highly recommend this guys.
Was a very nice clean van. Very excellent on gas and drives really good. Michael was so very helpful and understanding with all my needs. Very nice and funny guy. Very friendly. I had no problems getting the van back at the airport.
I will surely let my families and friends know about my great experience with renting this van and encourage them to rent from you whenever they are traveling to Miami Florida.

Renting process was very easy and efficient. The plus side was that all the paper work can be handled upfront so when you finally pickup your van everything is touchless. There was no waiting in line at a counter or anything- everything was handled in the last 24 hours as well which was a plus plus. Florida Van rental was awesome.
Second time using Florida Ban Rentals. They are great.
