I actually canceled my reservation with another company because you guys were so great to work with. The only thing was we rented a two suburbans for a price and ended up with two mini vans for a higher price.

EXECELLENT
Waited 45 minutes at airport for a shuttle. The door with ramp would not lock. I had to press the manual lick as hard as possible while hitting electric lock to trip it. Otherwise car was fine.
Experience was good. Orlando airport was busy so the only negative was our group had to split up when going to get our rented vehicle but it worked out.
We are very pleased with the experience we had renting a wheelchair accesible van from Florida Van Rentals. The process for pick up and return was easy. The car was a little bit run down, but the ramp worked perfectly.
