Good price
We had to change plans and was inconvenient to change to a vehicle that was requested. The entry into the van was most important and was changed on us. We would have to rent again because handicap vehicles are hard to come by.

Van rental was perfect for our group of 12.
Only thing I did not like was having to find the actual rental at the parking facility. Didn’t have a stall number so I had to go out and find it in a 100+ car lot. Overall van drove smooth, no complaints.
The Jeep we were placed with had some problems with the soft top and a few other non-mechanical issues that didn't affect our overall experience too much. We will use this agency again if traveling in Florida
Received the van with the yellow low tire pressure light on. Also, the windshield was very dirty.
Vsn was ready and clean easy drop off and pick up
