If you want lip service, lack of integrity or inability for customer service follow through, this company won't disappoint! They also partner with a company that fails to follow ADA guidelines and laws for the disabled with accessible airport transportation from Wally Park. You all should be ashamed of yourselves, especially when you're in the position to help those that cannot help themselves. Don't trust this company!

Upon landing at MCO we had to wait over an hour for Wheelchair accessible transport to wally parking to pick our our Vehicle Reported by email issues with the vehicle on Day 8 of 14 and no return communication , Engine in limp mode , strong smell of gas

I asked for a rear entry and got a side entry. Had trouble with both doors including the ramp. The vehicle ran a little rough. It did however allow me to get my handicap daughter around on our vacation and for that I am grateful.

Positives: We were picked up promptly from the airport. Negatives: The minibus was in terrible condition. I work at a public school and to say this is the worst bus driven should say something. There were holes in the roof, tape covering a light, things falling apart. One of the vents fell off while we were driving and a student tried to put it back on and got his fingers nearly cut off. We were charged $125 for a "tire torn on sidewall." This could not have been from us. No call to discuss.

1. the vehicle was not rear entry as ordered, 2. the drivers side wiper blade was faulty & in my view unsafe to drive. In the UK, this vehicle would have failed an MOT for that reason. Ironically, when this was queried, it was made my responsibility to get this fixed at my expense although I was told to leave the receipt in the van, & I would be reimbursed. It is clear that this company turns over vehicle exchanges quickly, forgetting about safety standards & asking clients to rectify problems.
