My rental experience was great.
I appreciated the airport pickup and drop off.
Everything from pick up to drop up was explained to perfection which made it easy to follow directions. Would definitely book from Florida van rentals again!
Van was in poor condition and had to be exchanged. There was an hour wait to get an accessible shuttle to pick up the van. Instuctions on meeting the van at the airport were incomplete/incorrect.

Pleasant experience
Florida Van Rentals made this trip so easy. We used 3 of their vans and the trip transportation was perfect for our baseball team. I can't thank Mike and Raquel enough for how efficient the process was.

Last year I rented with you guys as well and got text reminders about returning the vehicle, this time nobody text or call and the representative that took the call was a little unprofessional.
Initial communications were sometimes difficult (i.e. we would be told one thing on the phone one day and the opposite another day). However, the pick up and drop off procedure was super easy and quick and the vans were clean and in great condition. We were very happy with our rental.
