All interactions with the people were great. But the van itself was filthy inside and out. Covered in dents and it shuddered horribly at highway speeds. It got us from one place to another but that is about all I can say for it.

Florida Van Rentals looks good on their website, BUT they are not representing themselves honestly. DONT LET THE GOOD REVIEWS MISLEAD YOU, especially if you are disable Offering services to the disabled population requires care, safety, and accommodation. This company fails in all these areas. Edit your website to disclose lack of accessible airport shuttle service rather than making excuses, a disabled adult should NEVER have to be carried onto a shuttle to accommodate dishonest information

I plan to rent from this agency again, they provided an excellent van equipped with special handicap features that were needed, they were professional in all customer service interactions, and I found the cost to be very reasonable.
