We rented three vans. One of the vans was not in very good repair (broken door molding, engine light on). All three ran fine and we made do with the issues. Aside from that, everything was smooth. It was the second time I had used Florida Van Rentals and would certainly use them again.
I requested a ford transit and instead got a much older econoline with really bad brakes. Also had a bag with some pretty valuable stuff in it from van because the side doors woukd not stay locked which i didn't figure out until the bag was stolen. And also when got to the airport it took about 45 minutes and 4 phone calls to get picked up.
THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE, THE PICK UP AND DROP OFF WAS EASY BUT THE 12 PASSENGER VAN WE RENTED WAS VERY OLD (10 YEAR OLD APROX) AND HARDLY HAD SPACE FOR LUGAGE.
Vehicle got a good rating because it needed some maintenance with the tires or suspension. Drove and rode a little harder than it should. Other than that it was exactly what we needed for 13 passengers.
The vehicle seats were badly stain upon pick up. There is no place for luggage at full passenger capacity. Overall our experience was good.
Had an issue with our car, but this was rectified quite quickly and was replaced with a different car. Overall a very good experience with this company.
Great communication from the company. All was done through email and they were great. Will use Florida Van Rentals Again. Highly recommended.
Overall Florida Van Rentals were easy to deal with. they are courteous and easy to talk to. rates were great. We will be renting from Florida Van Rentals when we return to Orlando, and I will be recommending them to my family and friends....
The only comment I have, you should have an option to take their toll pass or use your own. Their pass is just too expensive.
Great experience- easy to reserve-van was perfect for what we needed- the lady that processed us was very warm and kind- the guy that brought us the van and showed us everything was excellent - only issue was with the lady that answers the phone and greets you when you walk in- she could definitely benefit from customer service classes- otherwise great experience. Would def use company again and would def recommend company to family and friends
