The van was dropped off two hours past our pick up time. My family of 7 ended up waiting in the luggage area of the airport. When the driver did drop it off he looked like he was high. The van had garbage on the inside that was all over the floor and there was zero windshield washer fluid so getting the bug death famous in Florida was difficult. I definitely would not recommend them again. The van had 3/4 of a tank of gas but their instructions stated if it was not returned it was a charge.
Van was clean but in dire need of maintenance. It was difficult to steer, the A/C was average, and the van rattled (sometimes it felt like the doors would fall off at any time).
When calling the office, the staff was courteous and helpful.
Did not interact directly with the company, as the van was waiting for me at Hyatt.
We rented a wheelchair accessible van. The prove we paid was less expensive than quotes from other agencies but high when you look at renting a car. It's frustrating that people with disabilities are charged 5 times more than those without. That however isn't a slight towards Florida Van Rentals. They were great!

Vehicle was a bit old and worn. Was not made aware of the additional charges for parking at the Hyatt until my DocuSign paperwork arrived.
