Van was clean but in dire need of maintenance. It was difficult to steer, the A/C was average, and the van rattled (sometimes it felt like the doors would fall off at any time).
When calling the office, the staff was courteous and helpful.
Did not interact directly with the company, as the van was waiting for me at Hyatt.
We rented a wheelchair accessible van. The prove we paid was less expensive than quotes from other agencies but high when you look at renting a car. It's frustrating that people with disabilities are charged 5 times more than those without. That however isn't a slight towards Florida Van Rentals. They were great!

Vehicle was a bit old and worn. Was not made aware of the additional charges for parking at the Hyatt until my DocuSign paperwork arrived.
The original van that was at airport for us was not good for us. We went back to the rental place and they were able to give a van that we were able to use. First one could not accommodate the 11 people and luggage and there was no room for a personal mobility scooter. However the second van we were given accommodated everything so we were very happy.
The rental was easy & economical. The only "hidden" charges were the daily Sunpass charge (in addition to the toll charges) (I already have my own Sunpass but did not bother to bring it b/c the van had a sticker permanently attached) & the cost of tipping the shuttle driver both directions. However, b/c the rates are so competitive this was still a very good option for rental. My van was a 2008 with some wear on it, but it drove well. I did see newer vehicles available for rental.
