We asked several times for a van with lateral automatic ramp. Never came. Very old car.
It was our first time renting from this company and the customer service was excellent! They clear all my doubts before I rent it online and the pick up was as instructed but the vehicle needed a lot of maintenance in the physical part because it look very used.
Overall it was a good experience for our first time using Florida Van Rentals.
One of the two vans we rented did not have good air conditioning.
The tires need air light came on had to put air in tires. Drivers door leak water when it rained. Wheel squeaks very loudly when backing up was very embarrassed. Seats were dirty and holes in the walls. Front end shakes when going over 60. But it got us there and back.
I was extremely happy with Florida van rentals!! They FAR exceeded my expectations The staff was absolutely fantastic!!!! I am already looking forward to renting again!!

Older van. Ran good but several little issues with the overall condition of the van. The company also dropped off the van two days before our arrival so we paid for unnecessary fees to remove from airport lot.
Old, dirty van.
The wheelchair accessible van was for me too large and was really a bus not a van. The experience overall was good.
