The only comment I have, you should have an option to take their toll pass or use your own. Their pass is just too expensive.
Great experience- easy to reserve-van was perfect for what we needed- the lady that processed us was very warm and kind- the guy that brought us the van and showed us everything was excellent - only issue was with the lady that answers the phone and greets you when you walk in- she could definitely benefit from customer service classes- otherwise great experience. Would def use company again and would def recommend company to family and friends
No, the vehicle we rented had a dead battery and when they tried to jump it the battery terminals were lose. We had to use two small mini van taxis that the Hyatt Hotel had to locate to get us to our hotel as we had an electric wheelchair and 9 people with us. We did not get to our hotel until after 11:00 PM. Our flight arrived at Orlando airport at 6:30 PM. We had to wait until the next day for Florida Van Rentals to bring us a Bus! yes a Bus. We were supposed to get a Sprinter Van. Not Fun!!!!

Kathy was so helpful and nice and made all the proper arrangement for us with details about the van and where its going to be located when we get to the airport. The price of their vans are the most competitive within the area, so we will definitely use them agian in the future.

Finding the car when we were not familiar with the airport was problematic. Very vew instructions for locating it. It was not clear that paying for parking on both ends of the rental was part of the deal. I returned the car full but they charged for 2 gallons at ten dollars per gallon (seriously 10 dollars per gallon). Van was old/high mileage. The key thob didn't work, had to use key to unlock door. No instructions on how to secure wheelchair in van. Overall a below expectation experience.
The woman who assisted us on the phone was exceptional. Her follow through and approach were professional and polite.

It was a nice vehicle.
Very dissatisfied there was no marking on the pickup van at the airport so it took sometime to find our ride, then when we got to the pickup location they wanted a number from me as the renter which I never received and I had a conversation with your agent not once but twice after I rented the van and she never told me she did not receive my paperwork. I was very disappointed and ended up having to go back to the airport and rental from another agency.
