I was a little nervous at first because it was a off site rental. I was also looking for a specific vehicle as well. when i got there everything was where it was supposed to be and it was the proper vehicle. they we very easy to use and very nice. I would recommend anytime.
Great van at a great price.
Van was in a bit of rough condition, but it was a low rate and we were not looking for luxury. Staff is EXCELLENT

Everything was as expected and explained - Customer service was almost immediate. We had 8 guys on a golf trip and the 12 passenger van with the last row of seats removed was ideal. I was worried about picking up the Van economy lot was a 1 min ride from the southwest baggage claim - I took the shuttle and came back to pick up my boys right from baggage claim and we were off. We rented from others in the past - This group provided the best, smoothest most affordable experience we have had.
Van was very rough riding for a wheelchair user who is stuck sitting at the back of the van. I had all the bench seats removed and parked my wheelchair right behind the drivers seat and then everything was fine.
just getting this van was a screw up. i took a cab home and got it the next day. charged me a !00 dollar airport fee and it was off site.
This was the worst experience ever in renting a Jeep and the company is now unresponsive. The Jeep had body part issues, the company's fault. Unable to reach the help line. Towed at my expense and they charged me for the repair for their faulty vehicle. I would never rent nor recommend them to anyone.
