The van was available, but was not clean and smelled like smoke. The staff was helpful, but would definitely say that the van rental was overpriced.
Was not happy with the customer service. They were not knowledgeable of the Orlando airport. Person I dealt with had me running around to find the taxi level to find the shuttle to get the van. THERE IS NO LEVEL MARKED TAXI LEVEL! Secondly, the taxis pick up on level 2 and the shuttles pickup on level 1.
