Everything was as expected and explained - Customer service was almost immediate. We had 8 guys on a golf trip and the 12 passenger van with the last row of seats removed was ideal. I was worried about picking up the Van economy lot was a 1 min ride from the southwest baggage claim - I took the shuttle and came back to pick up my boys right from baggage claim and we were off. We rented from others in the past - This group provided the best, smoothest most affordable experience we have had.
Van was very rough riding for a wheelchair user who is stuck sitting at the back of the van. I had all the bench seats removed and parked my wheelchair right behind the drivers seat and then everything was fine.
just getting this van was a screw up. i took a cab home and got it the next day. charged me a !00 dollar airport fee and it was off site.
This was the worst experience ever in renting a Jeep and the company is now unresponsive. The Jeep had body part issues, the company's fault. Unable to reach the help line. Towed at my expense and they charged me for the repair for their faulty vehicle. I would never rent nor recommend them to anyone.
Great Experience. We rented a wheelchair van to see the races in Daytona and was extremely satisfied.
I requested a rear load wheelchair minivan. It was confirmed I would get it, but shortly after the confirmation was received, I received a call saying that the rear load minivan was not available but they could give me a full size wheel chair van, at no additional charge. I agreed. That was a mistake. After picking up the van (which was going to be sold), I realized they had put the cheapest set of all terrain tires on it and to top it off they were not balanced. It was the worst ride ever!!!!!
The vehicle was older, but it functioned. It clearly had been in a previous accident and had a few quirks to it.
This vehicle was worn out beyond what should be rented to customers. On arrival at the airport - The tires were low - The left automatic door did not work at all - The right automatic door would not close on it's own - the HVAC made a very loud flapping sound when the fan was on - the muffler was very loud - the interior was filthy. It also seemed at times the transmission was slipping. Car was obviously wrecked and shoddily repaired. Staff would not help us at all.
Everything worked out well. I found it strange that any email correspondence I had they would start with "As we talked about over the phone", but we only talked on the phone for a minute and a half so none of those details were shared. Other than that great!
