Except for pick up confusion, we were very satisfied with the rental. Now that we know the process, we will definitely rent from you again!!! Thank you for renting us our first choice. The only concern we had was that the van given to us had a check engine light on and a half tank of gas. But other than that we did not experience any problems. Thank you again.
Where do I begin? We never received the text with the license plate number of the vehicle. It was 11:00 at night and we were standing in the Wally Parking Lot. The employee from the company texted to the wrong number. Someone from the Wally Lot got us to the vehicle. The vehicle we received ran so poorly my husband thought that it sounded unsafe at times. My mother turned 90, and she’s in a wheelchair. My sisters flew in and I rented a van so we could surprise my mother by driving to see her sister. The band was very clean and everything was set up just like promised Which helped make for an awesome day. I will definitely rent from them again

TERRIBLE VAN TOO MANY THINGS WERE WRONG WITH VAN ASK MICHELLE
It was a crap, that does not have a USB or working charger ports. So we could not use GPS or phone chargers. Light switch came off and we put it in the cup holder.
Car got lockup with the keys in and engine running and we had to call an emergency roadside assistance to get in. This put us in situation where we had to rush to SFB airport from Miami, and we reached there 40 mins before departure.
