Great rate, friendly service, no problems
The rental process was easy and employees were excellent. The vehicle E350 was dated and had squeaks the ABS brake light would com on and off. I don’t kno the year but no backup camera so prior to 2014 for sure. For the money spent I would have expected something new to three year old at worst. It got us from Point A to point B without problems but they need to update their vehicles.
We rented a van for our family of 5. It did not have air conditioning in the rear as stated on their website that their vehicles have rear ac, the ramp had no springs and only one handle to lower it to the ground. We called to complain and were told to put it in writing. We did that twice and never received any communication back from the company regarding our email. Very disappointed in our experience, its a shame since there are very few rentals for handicapped vehicles.

Rented from this company for a trip to south miami. They were accommodating and vehicle was in excellent condition. Enjoy it. Would recommend them to anyone.
Never again!
Requested a power lift for a reason, not complied with. No airport pick up / delivery like in the past -- not told of this change beforehand. Car shook on the highway going over 60. Had to call in for drop off directions -- no information was given. Have rented over 10 times and will NOT use again. Very disappointed this time.
