We will never rent a van from this company again.The instructions to pick up the van were sent to the wrong phone number. When I called to find out where the van was, I was given the wrong information. I requested a side entry van for 1st & 2nd choice and was given a rear entry manual lift, which was difficult to use and reach the tie downs. My son was unable to get up the ramp by himself and tipped backwards. It was difficult for me to push him up the ramp. We've never had to pay for parking.
There was a missing row of seats but was able to call the office and get everything straight.
Checked Engine light was on (Traction Control problem) when I got the vehicle but did not notice right away...
Also, I got a problem when returning the van @WalkyPark as there was no adapted vehicle available on site (broken) around 6:00 pm on March 10th, 2018.
Excellent service even though van requested did not have reservations, they were located in Orlando and we were in Miami, I would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone.
Everything went perfect. we flew in from out of town and the van was waitin for us when we arrived. We couldn't ask for anything more.

I was a little nervous at first because it was a off site rental. I was also looking for a specific vehicle as well. when i got there everything was where it was supposed to be and it was the proper vehicle. they we very easy to use and very nice. I would recommend anytime.
