I had ordered a 6-person vehicle are they gave 5-person vehicle with check engine lights. they replace the vehicle the after 2 days . New one still had check engine light . Worked fine for the week. however having check engine lights on is a little disconcerting.

Most of the staff is very friendly. Vehicle was clean and smelled clean. Some of the vehicles are older and have some wear and tear but otherwise they are great.

The staff and the rental process was great. The car was easy to find at the airport. The van had minor problems with it. Rear windows leaked during rainstorms. Key Fob did not work to lock or unlock the doors. Doors on able to be unlocked manually unless the car was started.
