Good company
Firstly, the GPS gadget did not work which was a huge inconvenience for my trip because I do not have a navigation app on my cellphone. The interior seats had an odor and the cup holders were falling apart. While driving the vehicle, it felt as though the van was pulling as if it had transmission troubles. One of my worst vehicle renting experiences.
When I first saw it I noticed there was damage all over it. I noticed a large poorly “repaired” spot on the hood that had about a 1/8th inch thick body filler that was cracking and chipping off. Once I got in the Jeep I noticed that there was a Florida Rebuilt ID plate on the door jam, which was discouraging. After getting the Jeep on the interstate I noticed that there were serious mechanical issues with it. The tires were seriously out of balance and was unsafe to drive.

i am very thankful for Florida Rental!! Having an elderly mom in a wheelchair, i am thankful for the opportunity to provide transportation to her appointments rather than medical/insurance transportation. We have always had to wait for transportation but on one occasion they had my 91 year old mom on the van for three (3) hours and the only thing they can say was it was a "mix-up" with transportation.
