The only complaint i have it will be the operation hours of the office, for what I need the van for a latter pick up hours and return hours will be better for me, the rest of the experience was good.

I had issues with the entire process. It was an unacceptable process to retrieve the van, the radio didn't work, the horn didn't work and I am STILL awaiting any response from the company. I voiced my complaints to the company via phone and email and have had no response or acknowledgement towards finding a resolution.

The vehicle needed a wheel alignment. The bench seats were leaning and would lift up when I turned corners so that the passengers felt like they would fall. The air was intermittent which was, at times, stifling in the humid atmosphere. The front passenger seatbelt stopped working. We spent well over an hour at the rental office waiting for the vehicle to be repaired. and the air still wasn't fully cold. It would have been good to have that day refunded as there were no other vehicles available.

First time renting a handicap van for wheelchair bound nephew to attend graduation. Staff very pleasant and courteous. Van was very clean both inside and out. Instructions quite good but first time did a vehicle rental entirely online. Quite a bit of paperwork but manageable. Overall a good experience given the complexity of dealing with such a specialized vehicle for the first time.

Air conditioning, was not working, the switch for the disabled ramp in rear of vehicle was faulty. No response from company to my message left on there answer phone.

The Jeep Wrangler I rented was in poor condition: Cracks in the hood, dent in the grill, chip in the wind shield Etc. The interior was wet when we picked the Jeep up. For the price I paid I expected alot better.
