Outstanding customer service!
We rented the mini-bus for a guys golf trip. The vehicle was older than anticipated (11 years old). There was also no back door making loading luggage and golf clubs a little cumbersome, but the size of the vehicle made it easy to get 12 golfers in one vehicle, so even with the negatives, we will likely rent again.
The vehicle was a piece of junk. The door wouldn't close. Wires hanging down all in the front seat. Not worth the money at all.
The staff. were very cordial and knowledgeable about about the van that I rented. They were very thorough in demonstrating how to use the lift van that we rented.
The quality of the van was below what I expected. Fine overall but a little rough.
That vehicle needs a bit of attention.
delay in drop off time due to heavy traffic from Orlando to Tampa but otherwise great experience. Second time renting from them.
The damage to the vehicle was not even marked on the agreement until I took it back to make sure the manager or supervisor saw it and put it on the agreement. She had no knowledge of the damage but the employee that does maintenance did have knowledge, and didn't say anything about it. The inside was bad as well. I hope the owner pays more attention to the vehicles he has in operation to make sure the customer gets what we pay for.
Michelle was awesome, made sure we had our vans and checked up on us the day before we returned. Extremely happy!
The van was the vehicle we had requested, it was poor on gas and we were not waited on by any stuff the day of pick up or drop off. Would consider renting from again but, customer service is sub par.
