We didn’t receive any information on where to pick up the van so it took us longer to figure out after asking a few people at the airport
I was so disappointed with this rental. I received a van with a power wheelchair lift that did not work; my wife lifted and lowered it manually. There were also exposed wires and missing panels inside the van near the door and the van shook as it was driven, especially when going around 60 mph. I was expected to pay full price for a poorly maintained vehicle. I have filed a dispute.
The van was amazing, the only problem i had was when i went to pick up my van they left the doors locked and we had to call a towing truck company to come unlock our car we waited over 2 hrs for all of this to happen got there to pick up the van around 11 and ended up leaving the lot and getting home at around 1:45 am , other than that everything was AMAZING the van was in great conditions, big , drives well. GREAT price.

the ACTUAL rental-APPLICATION-PROCESS IS EXTREMELY CUMBERSOME AND TIME-CONSUMING..BUT ALL OTHER ASPEWCTS OF THE RENTAL EXPERIENCE WERE good TO excellent

Extortionate charge for fuelling up at 10 dollar a gallon when at normal pumps it is less than 2 dollars. Also charged for nearly 3 gallons yet I filled up and drove 36 miles to the car park no way did I use 3 gallons.
