Vehicle was a bit old and worn. Was not made aware of the additional charges for parking at the Hyatt until my DocuSign paperwork arrived.
The original van that was at airport for us was not good for us. We went back to the rental place and they were able to give a van that we were able to use. First one could not accommodate the 11 people and luggage and there was no room for a personal mobility scooter. However the second van we were given accommodated everything so we were very happy.
The rental was easy & economical. The only "hidden" charges were the daily Sunpass charge (in addition to the toll charges) (I already have my own Sunpass but did not bother to bring it b/c the van had a sticker permanently attached) & the cost of tipping the shuttle driver both directions. However, b/c the rates are so competitive this was still a very good option for rental. My van was a 2008 with some wear on it, but it drove well. I did see newer vehicles available for rental.
Disappointed with the rate and with the vehicle. Only 37,000 miles on it and things like floor molding and decorative logos were falling off.
They don't "guarantee" the type of vehicle you will receive...don't understand that, but ok. However, when we picked up our van, it wasn't what we asked for and on top of that, didn't even have a passenger seat...they had removed it for the renter before us and decided we didn't need it either, really? I called to say this wasn't acceptable and the response was, "We don't have the seat in Miami, it's in Orlando!" We had to wait 2 days for a different van which was better but still not great.
This van rental was perfect! Easy in every way. Would and will rent again from Florida van rentals.
Van was dirty, car seat dirty, van didn't work changed van a few days later then second one came and that didn't work either, we left van full tanked and still charged us apparently the driver said it wasn't full. What a joke paid over $1200 for the van. Never again will I use this company or recommend it to anyone els!!! DONT USE THESE PEOPLE! They will give the worst service and lie too!!!!
I ordered a 12 passenger van and received a 10 passenger van.
I did not like the companies business practices.
From the moment of rental to the return I was treated very well and received a great van for our sisters trip. Michelle was not only helpful in the process but very knowledgable . Will definately rent from them again! They kept in contact the whole time to answer any questions . Great experience!
