Very helpful employees.
Extortionate charge for fuelling up at 10 dollar a gallon when at normal pumps it is less than 2 dollars. Also charged for nearly 3 gallons yet I filled up and drove 36 miles to the car park no way did I use 3 gallons.
Everything was easy such a nice experience the only thing I didn't like is when I turned on the car the check engine light came on so I don't know what that meant but the van Road fine everything was great love the experience
At first we were given a much larger van than requested without being told. This was concerning for us with parking and the cost of gas for our long travel. But once we voiced our concern, a new van that was the style we requested was provided to us. That van was excellent and in wonderful condition.
Only thing we would have liked more if the vehicle could have had a clean windshield and windshield wiper fluid.

Only issue was shuttle service. Lift shuttle had been out of service; when arrived lift was broken, with no backup or plan.
Is was good rental
Car was not inspected by the company from previous rental, and I was left with the charge. Terrible company to rent from.
