The van is too old and its not maintained properly and there are lot of restrictions which the staffs did not notice us before.
We rented 2 vehicles. the first vehicle we looked at PAL2007361 was damaged, so I left that one. PAL 200 7362, blinkers did not work, and it needed and alignment. The bus was all over the place, and dangers to drive. I would never recommend this company to anyone, and we will not use it again.
Only issue was that I signed up to pick up in Cocoa Beach but the system messed up and had us picking up in Orlando. we were able to adjust, but when we were told we would pickup at the airport, we did not think that would be almost 5 miles away which caused our group to have to wait much longer than anticipated.
Staff was friendly. I was charged road side assistance which wasn't part of the quote without my knowledge. The van was old and had poor air conditioning, and made odd noises while I was driving which left us feeling unsafe. The van also needed a wheel alignment. I was extremely disappointed in the condition of the van
Upon arriving to Orlando we had to wait 45 minutes to get a shuttle to where the rental was located. When dropping off the rental shuttle pick up was perfect with no wait.
The price was great, the vehicle was clean, and the pick up/drop off were smooth and easy. The van did have a 'check engine' light on, but Florida Van Rentals were responsive when we reported the light and in the end it didn't cause any problems.
The first van I got was old and didn't drive well. Michael worked hard to get me a replacement quickly. Customer service was very good.
After a rough start, due to a system glitch the customer services was prompt, friendly and through. Being as this is a specialty rental there are not a lot of choices, but I was very please with Florida van Rentals and would rent from them again.
At first we got a older van but they gave upgraded us to a new and bigger van with no extra charges. The service was good and the personnel were very friendly. Thanks Florida van rentals
We waited 1 3/4 hours after our flight for the van.
It wasn't full of fuel but was told we had to return it full or be charged $10 a gallon.
Side door didn't lock so our belongings weren't secure in it.
Overall bad experience.
