I was hour and half late and they gave the cargo van I rented to someone else. Had to use a huge box top i felt uncomfortable driving. Lady at the desk was extremely nice and accommodating.
While the staff was excellent, we discovered after leaving the lot that the car had not been properly cleaned, and the back seat looked like it had been covered in vomit recently, rendering it unusuable (and just plain gross).
It was very easy & affordable. the staff was very helpful. The car was clean as well.
Great service, except the company offers zero flexibility when it comes to returning vehicles. If you pick up at 11 am on Friday, you cannot return at 11 am on Sunday because it's an "inconvenience to the company". You're forced to change your reservation to return the vehicle at 8 am when the office opens, but you still pay for a full 2 days. You also sign for a $150 deposit and end up with $172.50 coming out sometimes. Fix these 2 flaws and this would be a perfect rental agency.
Everything was great except the car was pretty filthy inside. All of the upholstery (front seats and the entire backseat) were just plain dirty. Stained, sticky in spots, etc. And the whole dash could have been cleaned with a clorox wipe or something. A little sticky and grimy.
I really like the gentlemen working at this location, and everything else about the rental went very well. Just a very dirty car.
Won't stop me from renting here again, just hope for a cleaner car next time.

Staff was great, but I wish they would've check the rear heat/AC .. Both times I rented the rear didn't work and when asked at drop off, I was told it might be a fuse.. Over all rental was good
Kevin, who I dealt with at the office, was very helpful and efficient.
I spoke with Linda on the phone in advance, and she was also flexible and helpful in getting everything set up, and very nice to deal with.
I wanted to try out a new rental company and not just the same old big giants. The experience was great and everything went as planned. I was a little worried as I had to return the car earlier on a time that the business was not open but that turned out to be a success as well!
