Kevin provided a new Ford Transit van, bigger than I needed, but good for 225 mile round trip. Inside clean, although windshield needed to be washed in & out. Good A/C in July heat. Efficient.

I made a reservation for a van and called to speak to a rep, as indicated on the website and confirmation email. I was told that a van was not available. I was told to call back in a few days. I did not, but then I received an email confirming the reservation three days before the trip. I called again & was first told that it was avaialble, then that it was not available, to call another number to check for availability. Total waste of time.

There was a great deal of scratches on the outside of the car. Once on the inside, I notice more problems. The side view mirrors did not adjust correctly using the adjuster. I had to get out the car and manually adjust the mirror. The next issue was that the co-passenger window dashboard was literately able to lift up off the car.

The car wasn't at the agency when we arrived to pick up. The rental representative didn't even know we had made and guarantee'd the reservation. She had to call an empire in queens to have a car sent over. We were supposed to pickup at 8:30am but didn't leave empire's parking lot until 10am. Then we came to drop the car off before opening on Monday morning and they hadn't left the gate open for us to securely put the car in like had been originally promised to us.

Our driver lives in Brooklyn and had to go to the airport to pick up the vehicle. He was told the vehicle we rented was back in Brooklyn. He had to waste 3 hours in transit and completely ruined the schedule for the day. Also because of this we had to pay an additional $300 in overtime. On top of that our driver was told he had to return the vehicle that night when he we were quoted 11:00 AM the following day. Overall terrible experience, I may be going to management asking for a full refund.

The staff was quick and courteous and we were charged exactly as quoted. I'd rate that aspect very highly. But the vehicle itself was pretty gross. all the seats' upholstery was stained, the floor in the back had some food garbage, and and there was some kind of vomit-like residue on one of the rear seatbelt buckles and inside the reservoir of that buckle. I wouldn't be speaking up if I didn't find it truly gross. I'd come back for the service but I'd triple check the car before I left
