I was requested to change my time to accommodate other customers, only to not have my vehicle ready for pick up. 2.5 hours later was provided an alternate truck, I requested a liftgate and instead had to settle for a ramp, which I assume should have been cheaper, but was charged the same price. Not enough dollies available. Truck was filthy and the passenger side mirror was loose and needed to be fixed again and again due to vibration during driving. This make right turns difficult.
I have rented from Empire before (although I believe it was through an affiliate)
I have been satisfied with the service and the staff.

They have a very poor customer service procedures, I had to ask the clerk to cool down after a bad treatment, I made the reservation to pick up and droop off the car at 11:00 AM, the last day I received a rude call at 9:45 AM telling me that I was late and hurry up to return the car. The car was dirty inside when I made the pick up. I will think twice in future to rent from this site.

No SUV....Canry advertised as brand new was 2 years old with 40,000 miles...but it was a serviceable car and they were on time and exactly as quoted after a little negotiation

I did not get the car i reserved online but the Married Spanish lady who attended me on 600 E Fordham road was beautiful and Great! i will definitely come back again, Give her a raise!
During our trip, my vehicle ran out of battery and we did not have to lights on for a long period of time. it literally died in front of gas station. The power steering was shooty and kept on going to the right. The van was close to dangerous on the road.
Booked reservation "online" after entering all the information received a message to call to confirm rental. The lady that answered the phone told me there were no cars for that weekend 8/1/2015 and to call later to see if they had any cars returned. My experience was poor- Agent was rude and its ridiculous and a waste of the customers time that you show cars available on your website, then you have to call to confirm and then you don't have any available.
