This was the first time renting from your company. The car I chose online
Was for $75, when I called the office, I was told they did not have that car available but another office had a car for $92. Not only I got a different car, but also it's more expensive. On top of that, at the moment of returning the car, I was charged another $3. So my experience was not satisfactory and therefore, I wouldn't rent again here nor would I recommend this place
Place sucks. Took almost an hour to rent a car that was already pre reserved the day before. Rented the lowest class of vehicle and I had to provide more information/identification to them than registering a car at the DMV. Ridiculous
The company should get more of those cars and the pick up time shld be reviewed. I needed the car early but ur pick up time did not work with me.
