Great price and great ride!
Charlie's Car Rental provided a great experience when we visited Puerto Rico. The whole process was smooth, easy and clear. We rented a car for about 9 days and drove it all over the island. We did decide to opt in for the extra insurance as the potholes and traffic did make driving a little tricky so having the extra coverage gave us peace of mind. Thank you for the great experience!

It took no time to process and get my car. In addition when returning the car, I left behind a bag, I called them and one of the drivers returned it to me at the airport.
Overall a good experience. The car was broken into on this trip. The passenger's side window was smashed. Charlie gave us a new car and the cost to replace the window was very reasonable, cheaper than if I had it repaired myself. I have used Charlie in the past and will use them again.
The rental attendant was knowledgeable and very courteous. The whole experience took about 15 minutes. I was very pleased.
