The car, although newer than the one I rented a week before, had no cruise control.; but the only and serious defect was that the car's front end suspension was making noises that sounded like bad suspension bushings. There was only one attendant at the Condado location. He had to drive the shuttle to pick us up at the cruise terminal and also process our rental agreement.

I am a loyal customer to Charlie Car Rental, super satisfied with your services! There is one thing that needs to be address, the front windshield needs to be keep clean. Driving at night with a dirty windshield is very dangerous! Many roads are not lite since hurricane Maria, so clean windshields, helps visibility at night!
I arrived to the agency and was informed that I had to pay extra for insurance even though I showed proof of my automobile insurance. I was reading your policy and it clearly says that extra coverage is not mandatory. I was charged an extra $12.00 per day that I did not need to pay. I told the salesperson the policy but he said it was on your website and when I checked that is not the case. He told me the policy said if I had insurance I would pay $12.00 a day plus $150 deposit.
The staff were extremely helpful, the car was clean and reliable. Everything went perfectly.
