Reservation on line was easy and several options to chose from and less expensive than the major car rental chains. They communicate well with email instructions on how to pick up shuttle at airport to rental location. Had to call to ask a question and they were easy to contact and answered all my questions. Pick up and return were quick and easy. The shuttle was waiting to return us to the airport, which was like a 10 minute trip. I would definitely use them again.
I have Been renting from Charlie Car rentals for the past 25 years and never had a problem. We took a cruise and they picked us up at the airport, then we dropped it off at the ports … We rented again for the remainder of our stay, we picked up at the port and dropped off at the airport.

I've used this agency in the past and will definitely do again. I've intended to use my debit card for the rental but was confronted with an unexpected "Debit card use fee"

Really appreciated the service - picked up at our accommodation and taken to the rental lot, then after returning the car, we got a ride to the airport. Awesome!

Staff was a little pushy with the add-ons (insurance, tolls) but overall a very good experience and I would rent from Charlie Car again.
