Car was awesome
1. Vehicle provided had manually operated windows n doors. Unacceptable in this day n age.
2. Vehicle was overpriced.... when I downgraded to 3 days instead of 6... HIGHLY Overcharged ..
3. Representative informed me, my Liability insurance would not cover if I had an accident or hit someone.....
I always use my NYS insurance when rent within the US territory . That is what liability is for...
I wasn't picked up at airport.... so its N/A
My flight was delayed and hr and when I showed up my car was given out. I had to pay extra per day for a van I didn’t need.
Great staff, good service, definitely get my next rental from there
