This place is so unorganized it’s disgusting. I went in the day before to pick up the car she told me the price it would be. I went the next day and they tack on $250. I just walked out it’s a scam and y’all should be ashamed. I went to Alamo they took care of me and upgraded me to an SUV for the same price.
I have been coming down from NY to BQN for years. Charlie is the absolute best. Great selection of cars, close to the airport, and outstanding service. I will never use any other company when I am down in PR. Even though there are others in the airport. You make a quick call & Charlie is in-front of the airport in less then 2 min. You also avoid the rush of everyone getting off the plane and going to the brand name rental companies.
Since my first time using this company Charlie Car Rental I have above of excellent experience. I will be continue using this company and definitely I will recommend to my family, friends and everyone ask me....the staff working in this company they are so professionals.....
Needs to update fleet
I have renter from Charlie many times over the last 20+ years and always the same excellent service and value. And will continue using Charlie in the future.
