This time was about as good as it gets. No wait for shuttle, no wait at office, got a nearly brand new car, and everyone was friendly and helpful both at pick-up and drop-off.

called at 6am {bqn] and he was there less then 10 min. I was very pleased .once we were at the office he was very helpful in getting the car and retuning it.. the same fellow he told me he only been there 1 month.... got to say he was well taught ...he was very helpful and also your entire staff...been ..with Charlie for many years ...started renting in isla verde......well thank you.....see you guys in june........ROBINSON APONTE

Car was ready on time and agent gave good advice about roads and tolls
Called from the tarmack as my plane landed late to let the Cornado office know I was not going to get there by closing. The agent graciously transferred my reservation to the airport office and off we went on our vacation. Thank you Charlie's.

It was a good experience we waited longer at the pickup because there were no sistem. but at the end the car was clean and a almost a brand new car so it was good for the price.thanks.
The overall rental experience was great. Definitely recommend the extra insurance since this agency will not bill individual car insurance (claim) for any damages. They bill to a credit card. This is different from other agencies. Also, I did not notice where the $150.00 deposit was disclosed during the rental reservation online. That should be made available in the final quote.
