Been using Charlie over 20 years. Prices are reasonable and service is good. Only problem this time is that agent told us pre pay price was the same so we agreed so we didn’t have to fill up before drop off. Car was close to empty but told we didn’t have prepay. Told drop off agent and he reached supervisor who honored prepay.
It was a flawless experience. I have rented from others in the past and from now on I will only rent from Charlie Car rental and it will be the only rental car company that I would recommend. These people know what they are doing.
