I was referred to Charlies by someone who lives in Isla Verde P.R. so I trusted her recommendation. Charlies met all of expectations. Just meet your end of the business arrangement. Example, I just rented my car, walked out, heard the customer prior really complaining about their experience. Turns out, they had no ID that matched the info on the credit cards - no one can do business like that. Come prepared with correct ID, method of payment and insurance info and all will be well.

Only issue was we ran into major traffic. Decided to forego getting gas and return the car on time. They told us we were being charged an extra day and for gas. I repeated 2pm multiple times. 12:45 was written down. Misunderstanding but they wouldn’t help. Otherwise good experience and easy.
I don't like the company, I rent car there 20 years ago and the services now is not good
The staff wasn’t super fast when we were picking up our rental car, and the first car we got was just okay in quality. However, someone damaged our first rental car and we were provided with a new rental car that was really nice (a total upgrade from the first!) at no extra cost. Getting a new car was quick and easy and the price of the rental in total couldn’t be beat!!!
