The only thing this time around I wasn't crazy about the car. It's a 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage, I believe and it was terrible. Driving in it felt as if I was driving a plane, it was so loud. Definitely wasn't a smooth ride while driving either.
Always so nervous about renting a car due to all of the rental car return horror stories - Charlies' was professional courteous friendly and easy to work with, My reservation was as applied for got the pick up truck, the rates were as outlined, no surprises. At 5am there were 4 others renting cars but associate was able to process paperwork quickly while answering questions. I would highly recommend this company and I will only use them going forward. Best part no issues with the return.
