Staff was very friendly and patient when answering questions. Vehicle was very clean and reliable. I would definitely rent from Charlie's again!
Also, if they had a place where people could keep luggage after returning their car (so people could go to the beach, which is right across the street) that would be a huge benefit and selling point
We had a decent experience. When we picked up our car, we had to wait 40 minutes for our car, which was a pain. Otherwise, things were good.
