The car rental experience was easy , precise, and quick. Had a problem with the rental, went by and without questions asked, another vehicle was provided.

I thought I was charged to much for the Auro Pisto tolls.
The lady working the Condado rental location front desk was absolutely the best. She went out of her way to explain everything to us. GOOD JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent service, fast and nice. Car was good for the price. 24 hour service and assistance on the road. Return of the car was easy and the shuttle to airport arrive fast too. 100% recommended.
Charlie’s car rental at Isla Verde in San Juan provided excellent and friendly service. The car was clean and in good mechanical shape.
My only suggestion would be to eliminate the signs in the car that it is a rental. The national car rental agencies took off their signage many years ago when criminals in Florida began targeting the rental cars and identifying tourists as targets.
