I think I got the worst car on the lot. Bone shaker with no hubcaps. Really felt like “island life”! Long wait. Over an hour from arrival at Charlie’s to driving away.
We had a great rental experience with Charlie’s car rental. The only issue was the instructions stated to call the number when we arrived. We called multiple times with no answer. Another car rental agency alerted us to waiting for the shuttle, which did come 15-20 minutes later. Once the shuttle came, the rest of the experience was very positive and dropoff was a breeze.

Overall good a few minor isssues with the car, Charlie offered to sub it out for a different car but it was too much aof a hasssle to return all the way to the rentL location, just check your car out carefully before leaving the lot.
The only downfall was they didn’t have the vehicle I had reserved which was a mid size. They gave me a compact and discounted 10 dollars. It’s nt bad just wish I was told sooner. Otherwise everything else was perfect.
