Great, affordable and easy.
We were a little skeptical about what we were going to get for the price, but we were pleasantly surprised at the quality and newness of the vehicle and the service from the staff. We will definitely recommend Carl's Van Rentals and plan to use them again when we return to Orlando.
I plan on always using Carl's when I rent in this area. It was the best price for the best vehicle. I did a lot of checking with other agencies before renting here and this was a value far better than any other.

The van was leaking water but they took care of it and actually met us at the airport at departures to take the car. Saved us time and the hassle of dropping off the car. A nice touch

Super friendly, helpful, & courteous staff! I accidentally ruined a remote entry key on our rental & they only charged me the replacement cost for it, which was a nice surprise. I really loved them & the rental!!! If I ever need a van in Florida, I will be using Carl's again!
Carl's Van is one of the most unprofessional businesses that I have ever had the displeasure of working with. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY REASON!! Me and my family recently rented a vehicle from them and paid the extra charge "they call it a convienence charge" to have it available at the airport. We returned it to the airport in pristine condition. Later we recieved a bill for $350.00. They claimed that we dented the van which I know for a fact we did not.
