The child seat i paid extra for, was very dirty. The van's remote lock/unlock did not work, the inside of the van wasn't the cleanest but was ok. Their rates were lower than anyone else. Good buy for the money.
I WILL RENT FROM CARLS AGAIN FOR SURE
Driver of airport shuttle did not close the back luggage door before leaving - a car pulled us over to tell us. We didn't lose anything, but it was a little unsettling. Otherwise, the experience was above average!
Carl's was amazing. With six kids I had to rent a big van. It was less than half of the competitors quotes making me very nervous that it would be a "cheap" experience. The van was newer, clean, nice and drove great. It truly completed our trip to Disney. Carl's is a place to trust. Thanks you guys.
It was concerning having to do everything over a smart phone, but at the end it worked out great and I'm happy with the experience. I would take a look at the window wipers, good thing it wasn't raining until the last day, it was really hard to see out the window with the bad wipers.
Vehicle was in good condition. Staff was friendly. Great service overall.

No surprises with this rental
I was a little worried, renting from a smaller company online, but all went well, very well! The car was very nice and well maintained and the service was terrific. They came to the airport to pick us up in the car we rented, so we didn't have to shuffle luggage 2 and 3 times. You have to get picked up a little further than the companies that are located at the airport, but that is true with all off site renters. The staff was friendly and polite, I would definitely rent from here again
The vehicle was in very good condition. The rate was great. The person that inspected the car when it was time to turn it in was friendly and courteous. He got us to the airport way before it was time to depart. I would recommend Carl's rental to everyone that needs to rent a van.
