Great value
The only real problem, if you could call it that, was that I was told that if it was after 8am I needed to return it to Carls, but when we got there we were told that they didn't open until 9am and needed to leave it at the airport. Apparently the person who told me this didn't realize the day I was returning it was on a Sunday...? Otherwise, all was good.
You all have won a customer for life. We recently rented 2 of your 14-passenger vans for a trip to Orlando - one of our kids lost his wallet with $150 in the van - my staff went through the van and didn't find it - we figured it was lost for good until the next day your staff in Fort Lauderdale called us and told us they found the wallet with all the money inside. Needless to say that type of customer service is hard to find.

Van had a bit of a weird odor, so we purchased an air freshener, which seemed to solve the problem. Other than that, the van worked fine.
Outstanding!!!!!! The only way to describe the service provided. After much research before our trip for a van and after talking with Zac I knew I had found the best........ The van and service were exactly what was described and no issues at all. If you need a van when visiting Orlando the only place to go is Carls!!!!!! GO HOKIES!!!!!!!!!
