Great company. Wait was 25-30 minutes after call for pickup at the airport, which resulted in good rating on first item, but no delay at all after arriving at office. Overall an excellent experience with an outstanding staff.

rental experience was very good..except that I had to wait 2 hours in the airport to get a pickup for the car rental.
One thing that could have made it better would have been to have access right on airport property. Except for a miscommunication about the fact that we had all of our luggage with us at the time of my first call for our pick-up (which meant we ended up waiting extra time), the whole rental experience was very good.
The last two questions on your survey do not lend themselves to being answered in the format you offer. The choices should be a simple "YES" or "NO" and perhaps "MAYBE"!

Before renteing a van I call every car rental company and moving company. I was surprise to find Carls rental with the van that I was looking for at a affortable price and with unlimited miles. Now this is going to be my number one choice for renting a van.

The van was clean, nearly new and even came with Sirius radio. It had a usb port to plug in our smart phones. We loved the quick return to the airport for our departing flight. We were driven in our rental van right to the departure curbside check in. It was the most efficient rental return we have ever experienced. I would definitely rent from Carl's again.
