Staff who picked me up and dropped me off were very courteous and helpful. Staff at the desk were not. I was at BW for an hour before I drove out of the lot. Felt like bc I had the cheap car they prioritized other customers ahead of me.

Black and White Rental had ample time to check with my insurance agency and let me know if my policy covered rentals. I sent the information two days before my rental, and they never called/e-mailed me to let me know I was not covered. Consequently, I was hit with an extra $150 charge on the day I picked up the car.
