Black & White Rent A Car Renter Rated Reviews - Page 100

It took 45 mins at the front desk to get our car, and we were the only people there! When we dropped the car off, the agent told us we would be charged an extra day because it was 3pm and our quote said 2pm. I questioned this, but she insisted we would be charged extra. She finally gave me the receipt and we were (thankfully) charged the amount on our quote because we were ALREADY quoted the extra day d/t the afternoon drop off time. But it was as if she didn't even know this. Very poor service.

My only comment is that the person working behind the desk, while helpful, took a long time to get the car to us (it felt like 20 mins...and there was NO line to make it this long). I personally don't expect for it take more than 10 mins to get a car, inspection, and papers signed, but perhaps that's just me. Thanks.

All very good, but the checkin was extremely slow and tedious. Took 20 minutes since clerk had to get a credit check for my Amex card, then had to call my insurance agent to make sure I really had rental car insurance. Even asked for our home address from 15 years back. Inside of front window not cleaned properly. But car was as advertised, everyone was very courteous, pickup and droppoff well done, rental rate very good.
