I was extremely impressed. It was my first time renting with them and I will be a forever customer. The staff was kind and courteous. Especially the drivers...they made the drive easy with conversation and knowledge about the city.

Issues with the pickup even though I called ahead, tire that needed replaced and found out all tires were 10 psi overinflated, car smelled like smoke, needed new wipers, maintenance required light came on...been waiting on a call from a manager since Saturday to discuss all the issues. Expecting the manager to be make things right somehow or else committed to never renting from them again, recommending them, and ensuring no Air Force traveler rents from them again.

It took 45 mins at the front desk to get our car, and we were the only people there! When we dropped the car off, the agent told us we would be charged an extra day because it was 3pm and our quote said 2pm. I questioned this, but she insisted we would be charged extra. She finally gave me the receipt and we were (thankfully) charged the amount on our quote because we were ALREADY quoted the extra day d/t the afternoon drop off time. But it was as if she didn't even know this. Very poor service.
