The only issue we had was that the internet was down at the time of picking up the car so it took a long time to get the car. Obviously, those were circumstances beyond the agent's control and he was doing everything he could to help me

It took a while to get the transaction done. Once all the paperwork was done, the gas in the car was not filled up. We had to wait for the guy who had the "gas card" to come back. This wasted time for us.

My attendant Marlon was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, he helped turn what usually is a pain in the butt part of any trip to one of the highlights of my trip. I can't wait to visit LA again so that I can use their services. Marlon deserves a raise.
