Just rented a Corolla but loved it. Obviously the vehicle had a few scuff marks and such but the staff was very good with taking pictures and marking everything on the photos and on paper. Very nice clean rental lot. A great choice for people between 21-24 because they don't charge you an arm and a leg extra for being younger. Will definitely rent from them again next time I travel to LA

Great service and the MB Sprinter was very clean and well maintained.
The only concern I had was that the RIGHT FRONT TIRE was low on air and the indicator light was on immediately. Although we had no other issues, it was a bit disconcerting to know that an indicator light was ON and NO ACTION WAS TAKEN by the rental agency to correct the issue before the rental left the lot. The gas tank was also less than completely full when we left the agency. Both of those issues should have been part of a check list prior to renting the car to another individual.
It was first time with B&W and the experience was excellent,
When we got to black and white facility, it took much too late long for the desk to process our paper work. More than 45 minutes. They kept blaming the computers and printer.
