The young fellow who picked me up is the best ambassador for this company. The amount of financial guarantees was excessive and off- putting. I rent high end and economy cars. This check in process was 'way too much. Won't be coming back.

Car I reserved wasn't available. Although they got me a car at the same rate that was fine for the day, I was really hoping to get the car I had reserved. The staff was nice and flexible. They made some accommodations to make our time there easier as well.

We had never worked with this company before. But we will always look for this Rental Agency again. The personnel at the LAX location were efficient, friendly, and very helpful. The pick up was great. The office was clean. The check in process quick.They did a great job.
