Great rental/great car/great service. I was a little concerned about the 'fine toothed comb' in going over the car. Items were marked that I couldn't even see! I parked as far away as I could where ever I went, but I was still really uptight about the car. I will rent again when only I am renting. I will not rent with Black and White when I have daughter/and or grandkids. I would be too nervous about anything and everything!

I was happy with the rental considering walking in without booking, I find a better deal on kayak.com and they honored. In and out maybe 20min.

Although our flight arrived approx. an hour earlier than I anticipated, B&W were still able to get my requested car to me (it was brought from another branch to the airport ASAP). Thank you to all at B&W for your excellent service and I look forward to using you again in the future!

Upon returning our vehicles, the owners did not a have a driver to take us to the airport. We had to drive our rental car to a different company in order to be shuttled to the airport.
