I was surprised and disappointed that the car did not have a USB port. it's a standard/expected feature in all rental cars these days. My experience with the car was not as great with it missing.

Personally, this was one of the best rental experiences I've had. B&W contacted me early to prepare all the insurance paperwork before my arrival. Once we got picked up and taken to the rental agency the whole process went quickly. Amazingly, no unexpected fees popped up; what I ordered online was exactly what I paid. The staff were friendly and professional and knowledgeable/upfront about the rental policy. My wife would have one criticism - PLEASE add automatic doors/locks to all cars :)!

SUCH a good car rental experience! The folks who work here are all super nice, and I LOVE that they pick you up and drop you off at the airport (like, instead of having a shuttle that just comes every so often you get personal chauffeur service!)!
