I was unable to rent a car. I made the reservation online and the day of pickup was a complete disaster. First off, the lady who was working that day was an hour late and I got really frustrated when she said that I needed insurance to rent the vehicle since I was 18. It was frustrating because on the website it didn't say I needed insurance to rent this car. To go all the way to SF to get no car and to be treated rudely is unacceptable. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

If you make a reservation for a certain car you expect that car. Big disappointment if the car is not available. There was only 1 alternative, so no choice at all.
